At VirgasApp, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a seamless experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and device-related charges may apply.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- The order was not delivered due to service provider issues.
- The payment was successfully made through the Virgas app.
- Refund requests are submitted within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
2. Device Return Policy
For devices leased or rented through the Virgas app:
- Devices returned in damaged condition beyond normal wear and tear will incur a repair or replacement fee.
- The fee will be determined based on the extent of the damage but will not exceed ₦30,000.
- Devices returned in working condition with only minor cosmetic damage (e.g., small scratches or scuffs) will not incur additional charges.
For devices bought through the Virgas app:
- Refund requests for purchased devices can be initiated by contacting customer support.
3. Refund Request Process
For orders or devices bought through the Virgas app:
- Go to your account in the Virgas app.
- Navigate to Customer Support and use the Chat or Call option to request a refund.
- Provide relevant details, including:
- The reason for the refund request.
- Evidence, such as a screenshot of the payment confirmation or order details.
4. Review and Approval
Refund and device return requests are reviewed within 5 business days of submission. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days and issued back to the original payment method used in the Virgas app. Denied requests will include an explanation for the decision.
